Returning Unwanted Goods / Cancelling an Order

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, without giving any specific reason, you may choose to cancel your order and return the product at any time within 14 working days after the day that you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below).

In order to cancel your contract and return the goods, please contact us using the contact form in the link below to provide your notice of cancellation.

Subject to the limitations set out below, we will issue you with a returns label to print and attach to the box. This can then be returned at your nearest drop-off point.

1. We are unable to accept a cancellation on goods that have been altered specifically for the customer.
2. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
3. We will not accept items returned with postage labels attached to the product packaging. Please ensure the item is returned in a suitable bag/box for processing through the mail/courier services.

Please note: Our warehouse staff may not accept goods delivered/returned to us without notice.

When returning goods, please enclose a printed letter that includes your order number, name and billing address, as well as a brief description of the reason for the return.

All items must be returned within 5 working days of the receipt of your returns label.

A refund for the item(s) will be made within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods, via the original payment method, subject to the item(s) meeting the criteria set out above.

Inspection, Damages and Shortages

If you wish to return goods where TSG has made an error, eg., by supplying incorrect items, damaged items or defective items, please notify us of our error when requesting the return.

You must contact us before returning items to explain the problem so that TSG can confirm any error.
